Pure colour lip liners.

Hello!
I recently stumbled upon a beauty range on the New look website
while making an online order and thought I'd give two of the lip liners a go.
Here are my thoughts.
- Not sponsored - No PR samples - No affiliate links-
£1.99
The colours I purchased are 'mink' a nude/brown and 'dark pink
which isn't that dark pink at all.
These lip liners glide on pretty easily and don't drag the lips,
they're not overly drying;  the shade 'mink' can make dry lips appear drier
although it doesn't make them feel it.
They are on par with Rimmel lip liners when it comes to pigment and can
be built up very easily, I have used a very light hand in my swatches below.

I find them to be relatively long lasting, they do come off around the centre of
my mouth when I eat but for an average day to day wear they last pretty well.
I find the shade 'mink' is too light for my natural lip colour and washes me out
a bit but I love the shade 'dark pink'.

I wouldn't call these lip liners a holy grail nor are they a new favourite as
I've had products just like them before and they're no different
but if you're looking for an affordable lip pencil and don't have a similar shade
then I would tell you to check these out first as they come in at a teeny tiny £1.99 each.
Both shades are matte and not overly transferable but a good smooch would
smear them.
This is just how they appear on my lips but below are the shades swatched on my arm
so you can get a clearer look at the colours.
Overall I think they're great for the price but the colour selection was nothing unusual
or special, I have however been wearing the pink shade daily.
They're just a nice affordable product and I would like to see a few more
shades available than the three that are currently out there.

Have you tried these lip liners?
what are your thoughts?
